YetiTales Brewpub (“YetiTales”) aims to create a unique and vibrant community gathering space where patrons can enjoy high-quality, handcrafted beers and gourmet pub cuisine in a welcoming and family-friendly environment.

YetiTales will offer gourmet pub fare expertly paired with a variety of craft beers brewed onsite and innovative cocktails from a full bar. The brewpub will feature a modern and stylish interior and outdoor space with a dedicated event space for live music performances, private parties,  creating an inviting atmosphere for a wide demographic of foodies and craft beer enthusiasts.

The management team is currently identifying suitable locations for the brewpub in the greater Boston area. The ideal location will attract high foot traffic from young professionals and residents aged 25-45, with a median annual household income of a hundred thousand dollars or more. Additionally, the ideal location must have adequate square footage (approximately 5000 sq. ft) for the onsite brewery and event space and be in a town/city where the local regulations support a nano brewery.

Accompanying the innovative food menu will be a rotating offering of refreshing craft brews on tap, brewed using the best ingredients and innovative brewing techniques. In the beginning, the brewpub will focus on brewing four styles of beers: IPAs, Hazy IPAs, Saisons, and Lagers. Over time, the brewpub will also offer more experimental/lesser-known styles such as sour, fruit beers, and Belgian styles. In particular, we hope to be known for perfecting a unique type of Nepali rice beer called “Thwon” that has yet to be brewed at scale using modern techniques. Additionally, we plan to can our beers and sell 4-packs on-premise so you can take a piece of YetiTales home.
